Three clarinettists, one unforgettable evening: the Clarinet Summit 2015 was a highlight of Jazzmeeting history.
At the Clarinet Summit of the Wuppertal Jazzmeeting 2015, three of the most interesting clarinettists on the European jazz scene shared a stage.
The concert united different approaches and styles around the instrument with its long history in jazz – from New Orleans to free improvisation of the present day.
The evening is still regarded as one of the strongest concerts in Jazzmeeting history and remains vivid in many visitors’ memories.
